1. MEL System - We design and rollout for implementation MEL system for programs and projects.
2. Technical Assistance - We provide a range of TA services, ie. i) manage and implement MEL system on behalf of the organizations, ii) review and improve MEL systems, iii) build capacity of the organizations in MEL methods and tools.
3. Baseline Studies - We help development actors to set benchmarks on which to measure future program perfomance.
4. Evaluations - We help development actors to understand progress of their projects through mid-term and end of term evaluation.
5. Impact Studies - We assist development acctors to assess impacts they are creating from project implementation.
6. Capacity Building - We strengthen the knowledge and skill of development actors in MEL methods and tools, documentation of success stories and report writing.
